At DermMicro, we stand behind the quality of our scalp care and SMP products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to DermMicro

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our returns department; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
